Job Description

Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2–3 Days WFO)

Skills: Salesforce Communications Cloud

Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Role Description

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
  • Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.
  • Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
  • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.

Essential Skills

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with OmniStudio components.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
  • Salesforce Industries certification.
  • MuleSoft integration exposure.
  • Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
  • Knowledge of the telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
