Our other industry client is seeking a QA Tester to perform quality assurance testing using Dynamics CRM, C#, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL

Join a team supporting the quality and reliability of internal applications across both traditional software development and low-code platforms. This role focuses on hands-on testing activities for Dynamics CRM applications and legacy systems, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. The position works closely with development and QA teams to identify, track, and validate defect resolution while supporting ongoing application enhancements.

Remote, Contract, Vancouver, Working Hours: PST

Must Haves

• 3+ years of Quality Assurance testing within IT environments
• Dynamics CRM testing across configurations and workflows
• SQL queries for data validation and database testing
• SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• Manual and basic automation scripting for test execution
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test case management systems
• Testing exposure within C#, JavaScript, Angular, MS SQL, or Oracle environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for traditional and Dynamics CRM applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across new features and legacy systems
• Identify, document, and track software defects using designated bug tracking systems
• Verify defect fixes through retesting activities
• Create and manage test data sets for test execution
• Maintain test results, logs, and defect reports while providing testing status updates
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to support test coverage for internal applications
