Job Description

Intern will support the Technical Coordinator in the performance of the following :

  • Provide customer support. Customers include Architects, Engineers, contractors, ownership, and distribution.
  • Target and track projects using Construction Market Data tools, assisting with management of the sales pipeline.
  • interpret design intent and field conditions communicated through photos, CAD and sketched drawings.
  • Communicate internally with technical support teams in preparation of submittal and manufacturing shop drawings.
  • Generate quotes to bidders, working with sales team
  • Work directly with customers and internal manufacturing on pending projects to ensure orders are accurate and project deadlines are closely met.
  • Prepare project submittal packages and provide customers with warranty packages.
  • Coordinate technical literature, sample fulfillment and other customer related functions.
  • Receive customer orders, verify for accuracy and process with CSR in accordance with the established procedures.
  • Follow up with internal logistics to ensure that products are delivered to the customers on time.
  • Perform other related tasks as requested.

Qualifications

Education : currently pursuing University degree or College Technologist’s diploma in an architectural or civil engineering field of study
