WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver and pick up freight from various customers in the Montréal East area, primarily in Anjou, Saint-Léonard, and Pointe-aux-Trembles. Other areas may be assigned as needed.
Deliver and pick up freight from various customers within your assigned territory.
Assist with loading and unloading freight manually or using equipment such as a pallet jack, when required.
Secure freight using straps and logistics bars to ensure the stability and safety of the load during transport.
Ensure that deliveries and pickups match customer orders and that freight is not damaged.
Use a mobile device to access and communicate the information required for pickups and deliveries.
Complete daily vehicle inspection reports following inspections and whenever a defect or issue is identified during a trip.
Perform other related duties as required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Valid Class 1 driver's licence with an M endorsement.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday.
