Our client is a leading supplier of entrance automation solutions for efficient flow of goods and people. They offer complete pedestrian, industrial and high-performance door solutions and is seeking a Service Estimator - Temporary 12 Month Contract, in the Mississauga, ON.

Responsibilities and Duties

The duties will include:

• Looking parts pricing in the system
• Preparing estimates for repair
• Sending estimates and following up with customers for approvals
• Tracking quotes in excel
• Ordering parts for approved work
• Backup for call intake
• Admin tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced excel and word skills
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be organized
