Position Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long-Term Care provides compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor or designate, the LPN is responsible for delivering nursing care, supporting residents’ emotional well-being, and contributing to a safe and respectful living environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects.
• Provide personal care and comfort to residents, including pre- and post-operative support.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Support respiratory and intravenous therapies as required.
• Educate residents and families on health and safety practices.
• Maintain infection control standards and apply aseptic techniques.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Provide direction and support to care aides and other staff.

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

Orientation : 1 D - D shift is 07 : 00 – 15 : 00 and N shift is 23 : 00 – 07 : 00.
