Who We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
1+ years of experience in sales
Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Tech savvy and capable of adopting CRM and selling software
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation:
60,000−60,000−180,000 per year (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach
Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends
Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up
Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
