Key Responsibilities

• Set core objective performance targets for all ADAS features based on competitive benchmarks and customer insights.
• Collaborate with the ADAS Functional Science simulation team to enhance requirement simulation capabilities.
• Develop and support core validation plans for the test engineering team.
• Provide impact assessments for product and feature changes.
• Prepare materials and vehicles for leadership ride and drive events.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues affecting ADAS system performance.
• Support performance specialists in target setting and waterfall processes.
• Develop and validate ADAS system performances on vehicles.
• Ensure ADAS systems calibration in collaboration with other departments and system suppliers.
• Create benchmarks on main ADAS systems and features of competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in ADAS systems performance and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to % within the US and Canada.

Preferences

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in competitive benchmarking and vehicle assessments.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and integrated test plans.
