Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team, including assigning tasks, providing coaching, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Manage time clock and handle employee time off and vacation requests.
• Support the team by providing assistance, including training, tools, and coverage during absences.
• Setup and reconcile auto billing and depreciation for leases in the Leasing Department.
• Process invoices using Yooz.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Reconcile schedules with the team to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee and track the usage of gift cards and deposit cards for all stores.
• Post and reconcile statements.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
• Process EFT and cheque runs.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Understanding of financial concepts
• Post-Secondary education
• Strong Background in Sales and proven sales record
• 3 years of experience in Management and Leadership
• Advanced computer skills
• Valid Drivers License

Working Conditions

• Regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays on rotation
