Waterproofing - Apprentice

Role: Waterproofer Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods. Daily responsibilities: •Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems •Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade •Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation "Benefits according to the Union collective bargaining agreement" $22 - $30 an hour*Pay is dependent on the position offered and the level of skills & experience* We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
