Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct user acceptance testing of market software solutions in the production environment.
  • Participate in the resolution of real-time incidents involving the MMS and other market solutions and processes, including root-cause analysis and the development of viable solutions to mitigate or remove identified deficiencies.
  • Engage outside regular business hours when necessary to mitigate emergency situations.

What you’ll bring to us:

  • Commitment to share information and insights to build collective team understanding and continuity.
  • Drive to proactively engage and support peers to foster alignment and collaboration in the development of MMS.
