People & Culture Coordinator

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team!

Our People & Culture Coordinator will work as a liaison for the various departments of the business, addressing employee issues and coordinating day-to-day People & Culture activities.

Opportunities In this role, you will work alongside our People & Culture Sr Manager and Associate Business Partner – Manufacturing to provide HR guidance to all levels within our Manufacturing plant!

You must be able to effectively handle difficult situations with employees using upmost emotional intelligence and sound professional judgement.

Also, you must exhibit positivity and demonstrate resourcefulness to identify and address People & Culture issues proactively.
