  • Reconcile physical inventory with WMS and ERP records, including quantities, locations, lot numbers, and serial numbers.
  • Prepare or process approved inventory adjustments with complete supporting documentation.
  • Review and resolve negative balances, open transactions, unit-of-measure discrepancies, and other inventory record errors.
  • Maintain investigation logs, exception reports, and accurate audit trails.
  • Identify recurring discrepancies and recommend improvements to processes, systems, training, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support physical inventories, recalls, audits, and special inventory reviews.
  • Provide coverage during the Inventory Control Supervisor’s absence and support inventory activities across three locations, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, reconciliation, manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with lot-controlled or serialized inventory is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in supply chain, operations, finance, or a related discipline is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Comfortable working in wet, refrigerated, or freezer environments and completing physical warehouse verification involving bending, reaching, and walking.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for scheduled inventory counts and operational requirements.
