Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Excellence Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in Bolton, ON.
As a Customer Excellence Coordinator, you will help drive go-to-market execution, support strategic customer plans, coordinate sales tools and communications, and work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and demand planning teams.
You will also serve as a key business partner supporting one of our client brands and helping deliver annual business objectives.
Pay Rate: $22.66/hour
Location: Bolton, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM | Hybrid work model with 3 days in office

Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Go-to-Market Execution
Coordinate and support key planning processes, including New Product Meetings (NPM), Collaborative Meetings, Major Releases, and Ready-to-Sell activities.
Develop and deploy tools, resources, and communications that support sales execution.
Manage sales bulletins, shared platforms, and sales toolkits to ensure teams have access to critical business information.
Support annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) activities across multiple functions.
Brand & Customer Support
Serve as the internal business partner for one of our client brands.
Work with sales teams to identify performance gaps and develop action plans to support growth.
Assist in executing brand priorities, channel strategies, and customer-specific initiatives.
Develop customized solutions for key retail customers, including display programs and channel-specific offerings.
Act as a sales resource and advisor to marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with sales, marketing, insights, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and revenue management teams.
Participate in forecasting, S&OP, and business planning activities.
Provide customers and channel insights to support strategic decision-making.
Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer development, trade marketing, or category management role within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Experience working with major Canadian retail customers.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Experience managing complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required for customer and company meetings.
