Data Analyst

Salary: $45,817 - 110,892 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong foundation in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with R and Python for statistical analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of database design, VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for process mapping is advantageous.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, project management principles, and SDLC processes.
• Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets with tools such as R, Python, and SQL to identify trends and anomalies.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Work with Agile project teams to provide timely insights that support project milestones and objectives.
• Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable reports.
• Help develop database structures using sound design principles while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Contribute to analytics solutions throughout the SDLC, including planning, testing, deployment, and documentation.
