• Regular pay, even when it doesn’t snow! To receive your full seasonal compensation, you must remain employed and maintain the required availability throughout the season.

THE WORK

• Safely operate snow removal equipment.

• Inspect your equipment and report any issues.

• Follow site-specific instructions and communicate with your team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least two years of experience driving commercial vehicles.

• Experience in snow removal or operating light or heavy equipment — an asset.

• A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and a good SAAQ driving record.

• Reliable transportation to your work location or assigned sites, including overnight.

• Reliability and a commitment to safety.

• Availability for snow removal operations and assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Please note: Working hours vary depending on weather and operational needs. Seasonal compensation is not tied to a predetermined number of hours. Any adjustments required to meet minimum wage and overtime requirements are calculated based on actual hours worked.
