Adecco is currently hiring an Operations Coordinator to join a busy team in Waterloo, ON. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in operations support, business administration, inventory control, reporting, project coordination, and administrative operations.
In this role, you will provide essential support to day-to-day operations by managing documentation, coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking performance metrics, processing operational records, and helping drive efficient business processes across the organization.
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Waterloo, ON
Shift: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to operations management and staff.
Maintain and update operational records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Monitor and track operational performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational activities.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documentation.
Assist with inventory control, data entry, and record management.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support onboarding and training coordination for new employees.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP, CRM, or operational management systems is an asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
