Salesforce Application Operations Analyst

• Working with the institution and stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform

• Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos

• Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders

• Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback

What you must have:

• Experience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation) or health care (e.g., Health Authority) in a Canadian jurisdiction

• Experience filling critical roles on large, complex projects

• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams

• Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety AppExchange products

Salary/Rate: $70.00
