Employee Benefits Analyst

In this role you will be responsible foranalyzing the sustainability and profitability of group insurance solutions provided to our clients. This is a full time, hybrid work arrangement position.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Prepare proposals for our internal Employee Benefits sales team to support new business objectives
  • Conduct comparisons and evaluate risk to determine pricing for various proposals
  • Support the Employee Benefits Service team in consideration of plan design changes for existing clients
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in application of analysis practices
  • Continuously apply knowledge of new/emerging analysis technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives

The value you bring

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, or equivalent working experience
  • 1 year of experience in an Analyst or Underwriter position an asset
  • MS Office Proficiency; with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing

  • Hours/Duration: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid in Winnipeg, 2 days per week in office
