Title: Resident Manager
Location: Barrie, ON (fully onsite)
Rate of Pay: $17.95/hr

Responsibilities
• Oversee facility maintenance, guiding tradespeople, and executing minor repairs to uphold property standards.
• Guarantee the upkeep of communal areas and grounds by consistently monitoring cleaning and landscaping efforts.
• Maintain positive relationships through lease administration, apartment tours, community initiatives, and securing rent payments.
• Perform daily mechanical room checks and maintaining an on-call schedule to manage urgent facility issues within 15 minutes.
Qualifications
• A minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (Grade 12).
• Previous background in property management, ideally featuring 3 to 5 years of practical resident coordination and technical building experience.
• Solid administrative capabilities focused on managing paperwork, alongside strong computer skills including Excel proficiency and property management software utilization.
• The physical stamina to endure long periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and the strength to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs across varied indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
