Description de poste

What you will be doing:

  • Own the migration workstream from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 and Fabric, including the plan, schedule, risk log, weekly cadence, and alignment to the ERP program.

  • Direct the migration vendors, the Dynamics 365 systems integrator, and the hands-on data partner.

  • Lead profiling, mapping, de-duplication, and restructuring of the customer hierarchy. Land critical customer data in Dynamics 365 and legacy transactions in Fabric.

  • Work with business owners and data stewards to define how customer and transaction data should be structured, which fields are required, and what constitutes a correct record for a major account.

  • Define end-state data quality, metadata, and reconciliation standards, including metrics managed outside the ERP. Obtain business sign-off, and accept vendor output only when it meets the agreed specification.

  • Run mock loads, reconciliation, and defect closure with the business ahead of cutover.

  • Lead a focused working group of data stewards, including stewards for major accounts. Where a record is incorrect, the correction is confirmed with the customer.

Deliverables

  • A migration workstream plan, schedule, and risk log, integrated with the ERP program.

  • A cleansed customer hierarchy, with critical customer data in Dynamics 365 and legacy transactions in Fabric.

  • Data-quality rules, metadata, a reconciliation pack, and end-state definitions.

  • Mock-load results and business sign-off ahead of go-live.

What you must have:

  • 8 or more years in ERP data migration, master data, or data quality on transformation programs.

  • At least one ERP-to-ERP customer and transaction migration led through mock loads and cutover, covering scope, mapping, vendors, quality rules, and reconciliation.

  • Demonstrated command of de-duplication, customer or vendor hierarchy, metadata, and a documented definition of acceptable data.

  • Experience eliciting data requirements from business owners and stewards, validating vendor output against those specifications, and owning acceptance before sign-off.

  • Experience managing third-party delivery against a quality standard, including schedule, risk, and weekly follow-through.

  • Preferred: AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Fabric or a comparable analytical store, Customer 360 or master data management, prior data-steward leadership, and equipment or distribution industry experience.

Salary/Rate: $115.00/ hour
