• Tech Optimization: Utilize and integrate AI tools and modern software to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in sales support, operations, or an industrial/distribution setting is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Must be an AI avid user with a strong interest in utilizing artificial intelligence and digital tools to optimize workflows.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Languages: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a strong asset.
