About the Opportunity
Our client is hiring an entry-level Project Support Coordinator to assist with a newly launched internal application. This project-based role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented candidates who have strong written communication and Microsoft Office skills.
This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers primarily by email to collect required property information
- Follow up with customers regarding incomplete or outstanding information
- Enter customer and property information into the company’s in-house application
- Review and validate data to identify missing, inconsistent or inaccurate information
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and registration progress
- Manage multiple requests and follow-ups while keeping work organized
- Prioritize accuracy and quality when completing assigned project activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for customer email correspondence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional, positive and customer-focused approach
- Administrative, data-entry, customer-service or office experience is an asset but not required
- Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday through Friday
