Assignments can vary in length, schedule, location, and responsibilities, making this a great option for individuals who enjoy variety and are open to different types of hands-on work.
Opportunities may range from single-day assignments to longer-term temporary positions, depending on our clients’ needs.

Compensation & Hours
• Pay rates vary depending on the assignment and level of experience
• Hours and schedules will vary by assignment

Types of Work May Include
• General labour and site cleanup
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Warehouse and production support
• Construction and demolition labour
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory assistance
• Outdoor, seasonal, and property cleanup work
Required Qualifications
• Reliable and able to commit to assignments once accepted
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Appropriate workwear and PPE as required by individual assignments
• Reliable transportation is an asset, as some assignments may be outside of Lethbridge
Bonus Points
• Previous general labour, construction, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable personal vehicle
• Forklift or other relevant safety certifications
