Nanny Wanted - Experienced Part Time Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed In Calgary. Knowledge/Experience

We are a busy, warm family in Marda Loop, Calgary, looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic part-time, live-out nanny/mom’s helper to join our household beginning January 2027. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys children and has experience with, or a strong interest in learning about, neurodivergent children, particularly ADHD and Autism. Patience, flexibility, creativity, and a warm sense of humour are important! Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, generally from school pick-up into the evening (hours will vary by day), plus one Saturday per month. Some pre-planned school PD days will also be required. There may be occasional opportunities for overnight care if interested. Responsibilities include: • School pick-up and evening childcare • Transportation to/from weekly activities (Tuesday and Wednesday) • Engaging the kids in fun, creative and educational activities • Supporting routines, homework and transitions • Light housekeeping/clean-up after yourself and the children • Light meal and snack preparation • PD day and occasional Saturday care Requirements: • CPR & First Aid certification • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle • Experience with children; experience with ADHD/Autism is an asset • Dependable, caring, patient and comfortable taking initiative Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills.
