Job Description
Select People Solutions is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Worker to join our client’s team at a facility located outside of Lethbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.Please note: This position is NOT located in Lethbridge and requires a daily commute. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory to be considered.What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $20 - $22/hr.
- This is a temporary, full-time position
Position Summary:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records
- Coordinate with couriers, drivers, and suppliers to support timely deliveries
- Assist with inventory counts while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency
- Reliable team player with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Bonus Points:
- Valid forklift certification
- Willingness to work overtime if required
