Requirements:
- Four-year bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in digital support and systems administration, cloud infrastructure environments, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience.
- Experience implementing device management and security policies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting users in structured or regulated environments is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Cybersecurity Architect Expert; Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert; and familiarity with AWS, Azure, Terraform, and PowerShell or Python scripting are listed qualifications.
- Valid G-level drivers license in good standing and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Two-step TB test and Broad Record Check.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve user issues, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 digital support.
- Prepare and deploy laptops, desktops, and shared devices.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding.
- Log, track, and document incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues involving Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related systems.
- Help remediate security vulnerabilities, policy-compliance issues, and access-control inconsistencies.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Support workflow optimization across Microsoft 365 and integrated systems.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and endpoint environments.
- Support cybersecurity controls and security-policy implementation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and improve operational processes.
- Help deliver digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve our digital environment.

This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday to Friday, with a salary of $33.57–$38.92.
