URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Family Of Four Seeking Dependable Housekeeper + Light Meal Prep

Hello Future Housekeeper, We are a busy, friendly family of four with two young girls, ages 5 and 6 (no pets), looking for a dependable, experienced, and detail-oriented housekeeper to help us keep our home clean, organized, and running smoothly. We recently moved into our newly built home in Livingston NE and would love to find someone who takes pride in their work and will help us keep our new home looking beautiful and well cared for. More than anything, we're hoping to find someone reliable who can become a regular and trusted part of our household routine. We are looking for help once or twice per week, ideally for approximately 4–6 hours at a time. We have flexibility during the day and would prefer visits sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Regular household duties would include: • Vacuuming carpets and floors and mopping hard flooring • Cleaning the kitchen and pantry, including dishes and general kitchen tidying • Tidying and cleaning the living room and dining room • Cleaning the mudroom/entry areas • Cleaning the upstairs bonus room • Cleaning three bedrooms • Cleaning the bathrooms, including the primary ensuite, the girls' shared bathroom, main-floor powder room, and basement bathroom • Changing and washing sheets and bedding approximately every two weeks • Folding and putting away the girls' laundry (no adult laundry required) Our basement isn't used very often, so it would generally only need cleaning about once per month. We would also like to work some deeper-cleaning tasks into the schedule rather than expecting everything to be completed each visit. This would include cleaning the fridge and stove approximately once per month and cleaning walls and baseboards approximately every three months. In addition to housekeeping, we would love to find someone who is comfortable helping with some simple meal preparation. Ideally, this would include preparing 2–3 family dinners per week, such as casseroles, Crock-Pot or Instant Pot meals, or meals that can easily be reheated later. Some weekly fruit and vegetable washing, chopping, and preparation would also be very helpful. We are happy to purchase all groceries and ingredients needed. You can simply provide us with a grocery list ahead of time, and we can arrange to have everything delivered to the house before your visit. We realize this is a combination of housekeeping and household help, and we're flexible about figuring out a routine that works well for everyone. We would be happy to try the schedule for the first few weeks and then reassess the hours, priorities, and frequency once we have a better idea of what is realistic. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who can help our busy family stay clean, organized, and decently fed! We want our home to feel comfortable and welcoming while keeping our new house looking as fresh and well cared for as possible. We are offering approximately $25/hour for the right person and are looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, efficient, and experienced who is interested in consistent, ongoing work. We hope to find someone who feels that our family is a great fit for them, just as much as they are a great fit for us.
