Work location: Chaudière-Appalaches Region, hybrid, 2 days on site

Main responsibilities:

• Advise clients on complex tax planning, including business transfers and reorganizations, estate settlements and financial planning
• Review files with greater tax complexity, such as asset sales and business transfers
• Prepare clients' income tax returns
• Act as a tax resource for the team and for clients

Skills and qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec
• Master's degree in taxation or completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course
• Experience in a public accounting firm or any other relevant tax experience
• Advanced Excel, TaxPrep and Caseware
• Functional English, an asset
• Excellent communication skills and ease in representing the firm with clients
• Creativity and analytical thinking in finding solutions
• Strong collaborative mindset and team spirit
