We are hiring a CNC Brake Press Operator to join our growing Manufacturing department! This role will also be responsible for metal processing tasks, including deburring, the use of drill pressing, and other tools to clean excess metal from machined parts.
Successful candidates must have previous experience performing set-up, programming, and operation of a brake press or bender. This is a full-time, permanent role.

- Minimum 2 years of experience performing set-up, programming, and operation of a brake press / bender
- Previous experience in a similar metal processing role, using metal processing equipment such as drill press, belt sander, grinder, and other power and hand tools
- Experience using measuring equipment
- Proven high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-function team
- Team-oriented and demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to adapt to changing and / or competing demands, delays, or other unexpected events
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in a manufacturing environment
- Physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
