WHAT you're gonna do:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll set the kitchen up for success behind the scenes.
- Prepare and portion ingredients to perfection
- Support food quality and freshness
- Maintain clean and organized prep areas and fridges
- Keep food costs and standards on point
- Help the team keep things fast, fresh, and delicious
HOW you gotta be:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Food safety and cleanliness focused
- Available mornings and afternoons during weekdays. And at least one day/weekend.
- Team player ready to hustle
- Eager to grow
