Role: Sr. Program Manager Enterprise Transformation
Location : Brampton, ON
Contract
Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide governance leadership across large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The role will drive executive reporting, cross-functional dependency management, risk oversight, financial governance, and stakeholder alignment across multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program governance, executive steering forums, and reporting.
- Manage integrated roadmaps, milestones, RAID logs, and escalations.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Business and Enterprise IT teams.
- Consolidate program financials, forecasts, and delivery status.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights, recommendations, and decision support.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success leading multi-workstream transformation or integration programs.
- Strong expertise in governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and financial oversight.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Must have great skills on financial management
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with enterprise application transformations, ERP programs (Oracle/SAP), M&A, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- EX TELCO Experience is a Must Have
