E-Commerce Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our Shopify webstores across Canada, the USA, Europe and the UK.
This is a hands-on role focused on product setup, product data, pricing, inventory, order flow and maintaining accurate information across our online stores. You will work closely with Finance, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure products and transactions are set up correctly and our customers have a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain products, services and events across multiple Shopify webstores and related platforms.
* Manage product listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, promotions, expiry dates, SKUs and other product information.
* Maintain accurate product catalogues and information for internal teams.
* Support inventory and product availability across multiple webstores.
* Review and troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory, shipping and fulfillment, researching solutions as needed.
* Verify accounting codes and tax settings when creating products to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and flow properly into Sage.
* Work with Finance and other teams to resolve product and transaction-related issues.
* Assist with testing new Shopify applications, integrations and functionality.
* Ensure event and product requests follow internal policies and procedures.
* Use various systems and tools, including Shopify, email marketing platforms, live-streaming platforms and shipping solutions.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product administration, digital operations or a related environment.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform; Shopify experience is preferred.
* Experience working with product data, product listings, inventory or online store administration.
* Exposure to accounting or ERP systems such as Sage Intacct is an asset.
* Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation is an asset.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with product information, pricing, SKUs and inventory.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working with shared drives.
* Basic HTML knowledge is an asset.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with Finance, Logistics and other internal teams.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to research issues and find practical solutions.
Schedule
Our business operates 7 days a week. This position requires 5 days of work per week between Monday and Sunday, with 2 days off. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required with hybrid flexibility.

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
