DynaIndustrial is actively seeking a Machine Shop Manager for our Saskatoon facility. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this individual will provide strong leadership to our machining team while ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop machine shop employees
- Plan and coordinate daily shop operations to meet production schedules
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency within the department
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources to support operational requirements
- Review and interpret manufacturing drawings and work instructions
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet customer expectations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization
- Provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and accountability to team members
- Support employee training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyperson Machinist designation or related industrial trade experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with computers and manufacturing systems
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
