Required: Minimum 8 years of relevant software development experience Minimum 6 years of experience on the Guidewire platform Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership, lead developer, or application architect roles Guidewire ACE Certification Proficiency in Guidewire, Gosu, and Java Expertise in REST/SOAP services, XML, and JSON Knowledge of French Advanced English proficiency University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Preferred: Proficiency in application architectures, integration, and cloud environments Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and source code management tools ClaimCenter development experience dedicated to commercial lines Asset: Experience mentoring or coaching junior developers Experience with pricing model management Experience in ongoing communication with Guidewire technical advisors (vendor liaison) Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
