A career as a technical advisor within the Specialized Credit Products team at National Bank means acting as an operational support and coordination specialist for credit requests and risk management committees. In this role, you will have a direct impact on process efficiency, governance quality, and operational effectiveness through your expertise in coordination, administration, and case management.

Your role

• Analyze credit requests received from business lines to ensure proper triage, assignment, and indexing.
• Manage ad hoc requests and priority files requiring timely, structured, and thorough follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools that support decision-making.
• Coordinate the receipt, validation, and follow-up of documentation submitted to various risk management committees in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines are met while managing communications and tracking files with Corporate Secretariat partners and other key contributors.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the integration of artificial intelligence tools to optimize team processes.

Within the Specialized Credit Products sector, you are part of a dedicated team that contributes to operational excellence and compliance with the Bank’s governance standards. You report to a manager specializing in credit activities and collaborate daily with a variety of internal partners.

Prerequisites

• College diploma or professional diploma in administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in administrative coordination, operational support, or case management.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and common collaboration tools.
• Experience managing documentation, producing dashboards, or coordinating administrative activities.
• Knowledge of commercial credit is considered (an asset).

Languages:

English, French
