The successful candidate will be a driven team member who shares our passion for pairing quality products with great customer experience every step of the way. The right attitude towards work, collaboration with colleagues, and courteous, professional interactions with our valued customers are paramount to success in this role.Responsibilities:Receiving and accurately processing ordersProviding customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirementsMaking outbound calls to existing and potential new customersAnalyzing and resolving customer questions and concernsAssisting in developing project bidsCreating and maintaining customer recordsPerforming other duties as assignedRequirements:Strong instincts for sales and building customer relationshipsDriven and results-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track, manage, and follow through effectivelyAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyTeam player with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceA post-secondary degree is preferredPreference will be given to candidates with prior sales and/or customer service experiencePrevious steel-related experience is preferred but not mandatoryJoining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
