Project Coordinator – Global Marketing Program
Our client in the insurance sector is offering an exciting opportunity to support the coordination and execution of a large-scale global brand program. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will help keep key initiatives organized, project activities on track, and stakeholders aligned while contributing to the successful delivery of strategic objectives across multiple workstreams.
What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $25-28, based on experience.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Hybrid work environment with 1 on-site day per week on Thursdays.
• Consistent daytime schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Occasional involvement in global meetings scheduled at 8:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
• Support the program management team in the successful delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-wide global brand initiative by coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, workback schedules to ensure projects remain on track and dependencies are clearly understood.
• Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, and action items, proactively following up with owners and escalating issues when needed.
• Coordinate the setup of project meetings, capture key decisions, risks, and action items and distribute concise meeting recaps.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of project documentation, governance materials, status reports, and reporting dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Support project governance and operational excellence by maintaining best practices, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality data across project plans and reporting.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
• University or college degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, or an administrative support role.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including developing and maintaining project timelines and workback plans.
• Experience coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Experience capturing meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action items.
• Experience supporting project deliverables and project timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, governance materials, status reports, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred qualifications
• CAPM certification or progress toward a PMP certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing, branding, transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
