About the Opportunity

Full customer account reconciliation

• Reconcile the entire customer account, not just individual invoices.
• Compare invoices, payments, credits, adjustments, unapplied cash, and outstanding balances.
• Be able to explain exactly why a customer's balance is what it is.
• Identify discrepancies and determine what needs to be corrected.

Large enterprise/customer accounts

• Experience dealing with large, complex customer accounts.
• Comfortable working with sizeable dollar balances.
• Ideally someone who has managed accounts with multiple invoices, entities, contracts, locations, or billing arrangements.

About You

· Tech savvy accountant

· Lots of experience with Account reconciliations (large customer experience, high volume)

· Great Communication skills

Pay Range

$30 - $39 per hour
