In this context, we are seeking a Leader, Automation Strategies, Commercial Banking Financing and Private Banking 1859 who will play a key role in transforming our financing, credit and pricing practices.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, prioritizing initiatives and mobilizing stakeholders to accelerate the automation of credit decision-making. You will also contribute to coordinating efforts related to the integration of AI into the continuous improvement of financing processes. Your objective: improve operational efficiency, support portfolio quality, increase decision-making speed and drive sustainable business growth.

You will serve as a central point of alignment between Credit, Credit Analytics, Risk Models and Strategies teams, Commercial Banking business lines, Financial Markets and Information Technology teams to evolve current practices and create tangible value for the Bank.

Your Job:

• Define and lead the credit decision automation strategy for the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 sector.
• Identify, prioritize and implement the best automation opportunities across credit, pricing and financing execution processes.
• Contribute to the coordination of AI integration strategies and initiatives aimed at accelerating financing processes.
• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, team productivity and the experience of business partners.
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Credit Analytics, Risk Models and Strategies teams, as well as Commercial Banking business lines, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Develop solutions that enhance credit portfolio quality through better use of data, process standardization and automation of monitoring and analytical activities.
• Define and implement performance indicators to measure efficiency gains, operational quality, processing speed, portfolio quality and value creation.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, execution plans and governance mechanisms to ensure successful outcomes.
• Influence and advise senior leadership by presenting recommendations, priorities and initiative outcomes to decision-making committees.
• Drive proactive change management efforts to support the adoption of new practices and tools across business sectors.

Basic Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, engineering, analytics or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in commercial financing, credit decision automation, risk modelling, data analytics, innovation or strategic program management roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial financing, credit, pricing and risk management processes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment while aligning diverse groups around a common vision.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences, including senior executives and governance committees.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and execution skills.
