Here, you’ll find endless opportunities to grow your skills, expand your ideas, and shape your career.

As a Case Manager with Norfolk County, you’ll support individuals applying for Ontario Works by assessing eligibility, identifying barriers, and connecting them with resources and services. • Approve trustees on behalf of applicants under 18 years of age and others that require a trustee.
  • Negotiate and monitor mutually agreed upon action plans, assessing client needs, interests, barriers to employment and assisting recipients to overcome those barriers through planning, strategizing, and making referrals to internal programs and external agencies.
  • Determine eligibility for life stabilization related expenses for Ontario Works Participants.
  • Determine records and recovers overpayments out of ongoing assistance through SAMS and ensures cases are terminated.
