About the Opportunity

· Advanced knowledge of payroll legislation, employment standards, statutory deductions, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong understanding of payroll accounting, including GL entries, accruals, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

· Working knowledge of pension administration, including defined contribution, profit-sharing, and legacy defined benefit plans.

· Solid understanding of HR master data, employee lifecycle transactions, and the application of HR policies.

· Strong knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, and HRMS systems, including data management, controls, integrations, and reporting.

· Understanding of internal control frameworks, including segregation of duties, governance requirements, and SOX compliance.

About You

· 3+ years of Managerial experience (4 direct reports)

· PCP or CPM required

· Large organization experience

· Relevant pension experience, DCPP experience

Salary Range

$118,000 - $148,000 /year
