The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic leader with a collaborative and rigorous leadership style, responsible for leading and motivating a multidisciplinary management and maintenance team. This pivotal position requires the maintenance of high service and tenant satisfaction standards, as well as the optimization of processes, maintenance, inspections, and operational performance.
