Blue Mantis is looking for an Onsite technical position for a 3 month contract with in the Build/Configuration center, which has contracted Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”), customer specific requirements for technical and quality processes and procedures. The QCC Technician will report to the Manager – Build / Configuration Centre.
Duties and responsibilities
Configuration of day-to-day orders on the build/configuration team to which they are assigned and customizing the hardware and software requirements while adhering to Blue Mantis and client expectations provided in the special instructions by order desk staff. General functions include:
