Join Schneider Electric’s Solar and Storage team in Richmond, British Columbia, where you will coordinate supply chain planning and logistics for a portfolio of residential energy products, including solar inverters, batteries, EV chargers, smart electrical panels, connected outlets and smart lighting solutions. You will play a central role in connecting Sales, factory planning, inventory management and logistics. From coordinating forecasts and monitoring product availability to planning international shipments and responding to changing priorities, you will help ensure that products move through the supply chain efficiently and in line with business needs. The role combines planning, logistics and analysis. You will work with teams across different functions and regions, bring together information from several sources and provide the visibility needed to support decisions around production, inventory, transportation and cost. We are looking for someone who understands supply chain operations, enjoys solving problems and knows how to move priorities forward in a complex international environment. You may not always have the full picture from the beginning, but you are comfortable asking questions, building relationships across teams and finding a practical way forward. What you'll be doing Analyze supply chain and logistics data using business intelligence tools to support planning, cost tracking and operational decisions. Connect Sales, Factory Planning, Inventory Management and Supply Chain teams to balance customer demand, inventory requirements, factory capacity and transportation priorities. Coordinate logistics planning and execution across ocean, air and ground transportation, including freight forecasting, shipment coordination, customs compliance, duties and tariffs. Manage order and backlog activities through the MySchneider Front Office portal, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales and Operations. Create dashboards, presentations and recommendations to support management decisions, factory build timing and discussions with logistics suppliers. Translate customer requirements communicated through Sales into logistics solutions that balance service expectations, product availability, inventory strategies and transportation costs. Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve logistics processes, service performance and cost efficiency. What you bring A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related field, with 3 to 5 years in supply chain operations, planning or logistics. Exposure to manufacturing, freight forwarding, or ocean, air and ground transportation is an asset. Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel, as well as intermediate PowerPoint skills to build models, analyze trends and communicate findings clearly. Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn complex or fragmented data into practical recommendations. Resourcefulness and confidence to make progress when information is incomplete or circumstances change. The organizational skills to manage competing demands and respond effectively to urgent operational needs. A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, cultures and time zones. Curiosity and adaptability when learning internal systems, understanding existing workflows and identifying practical improvements. Persistence in resolving issues, maintaining business continuity and following commitments through to completion. We recognize that skills and competencies can be developed through a variety of experiences, both professional and personal.
