Data Entry Clerk

About the Opportunity

· Receive and review monthly premium reports (bordereaux) from Managing General Agents (MGAs).

· Enter and upload premium, policy, commission, and exposure information into internal systems.

· Check bordereaux for accuracy, completeness, and required information.

· Reconcile premium reports against accounting records, previous submissions, and supporting documentation.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data errors with MGA partners.

· Ensure monthly premium information is recorded accurately and on time.

· Track outstanding or late bordereaux and follow up with MGAs as needed.

· Escalate significant or recurring issues to Program Managers.

· Follow company procedures, reporting requirements, and data quality standards.

About You

· Strong data entry/intermediate excel skills (may test excel)

· Preference for candidates that have worked in insurance and are familiar with terminology

· Great communication skills (a lot of internal communication)

Pay Range

$23 - $25 per hour
