Our client powers innovation coast-to-coast in Canada, delivering tailored solutions and market-ready ingredients to the Life Sciences and Personal Care markets. They are looking for a Payroll Associate for a 9 to 12 -Month contract in Mississauga area 3 days in office/2 days WFH.
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Associate to join their Finance team. The Payroll Associate will help with Payroll of approx. 350 in Canada, 150 in USA. and will be using Dayforce in Canada and ADP in USA. The candidate for this Payroll Associate will also needs expertise in benefits administration and a strong understanding of payroll accounting. This role is well suited for a payroll person who has done full cycle accounting in a medium sized business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle payroll processing for employees in Canada and the U.S., including new hires, terminations, employee updates, pay changes, and leave administration.
