  • Produce detailed technical reports outlining findings, risk considerations, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Deliver client presentations and communicate funding strategies to condominium boards, property managers, and asset owners.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination activities throughout project delivery.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures during assessment and planning engagements.
  • Support proposal development, including scope definition, fee estimation, and technical input.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of data analytics and AI-enabled assessment methodologies.

  • Experience conducting field assessments of building envelope, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare cash flow projections, capital expenditure forecasts, and lifecycle cost analyses.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle costing methodologies and asset condition evaluation.
  • Proven technical report writing and client presentation experience.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.

Assets
