This covers everything, from community to the environment, to being a social employer. * *Flexibility & Freedom : *We strive to give you a balance between your work and home life, as well as the freedom to drive your career forward. * *International Opportunities : *We are a truly global, fully networked company, with locations in more than 80 countries all over the world. *Job Description* *Key Responsibilities* * Analyzebacklog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement * Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24 / 48h * Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders * Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels * Identify bottlenecks in daily operations * Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications *Qualifications* * Graduate ( graduated within the last 6 months ) or currently enrolled in adiploma / degree programin Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study. * Strong interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, VBA / Macros, Python, or SQL) * Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset * Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processes * Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration *Additional Information* By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
