Medium sized arhictecture firm in downtown Calagry has an immediate opening for an accounts and administration assistant to join their team in this fully in-office role.
Your new role
Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, contract administration and ad hoc reception coverage.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have performed similar duties, either at another architecture firm or at a general contractor, engineeringpany or related sector. You will also ideally be well versed in QuickBooks Desktop and be very familiar with MS Office Suite.
